  • The most biggest challenge for climbers trying to attempt Kilimanjaro summit is high altitude sickness. We always remind our climbers that although Mt.Kilimanjaro is not on the list of technical mountains, they should not forget the fact that it’s still one of the giant peak, so having enough time to acclimatize is the best way to avoid this high risk. It takes five to eight days to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro because most climbers who are coming for Kilimanjaro are not professional climbers who are used to altitude. We normally advise them not to take shorter routes to climb instead to do seven or eight days routes.
